Looking for the easiest way to generate Gold in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross?
In this game, Gold is definitely one of the most important resources as you need to spend it for all parts of the game. Not like other gacha games, gaming Gold in SDS:GC is quite challenging.
In this guide, we are going to show you some of the best ways to farm more Gold! There are definitely some other ways to generate Gold in the game, but we only focus on the most efficient and easy methods in this article.
Best Ways to Generate Gold in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross
Selling Dishes via Hawk
To generate a decent amount of Gold from Hawk in Tavern every day, you need to level up the food first.
The Gold is passively generated here based on different timers, depending on the food you registered.
Level up the food, meet Hawk in the Tavern and register any food for the open slots to generate Gold.
If you usually open the game, register foods that require less time to complete as they offer more gold. However, ideally you can just put 24-hour food there and you will only have to collect them once every day.
Gold Dungeon / SP Dungeon
You will have 10 tries every day for these Dungeons. The free attempt has a 90-minute cooldown.
The main SP Dungeon is open 3 times every day, giving you Gold Chest.
Veronica
Veronica can be summoned once every day at the podium next to the front-door. After summoning, you need to leave the Tarven and re-enter it again for her to appear.
By giving Veronica a required type of food, you will receive 10,000 Gold a 20% Gold Selling buff. The food she asks for can be purchased in any town or you can easily cook one yourself.
The Gold Selling Buff applies to all Gold Chests sold in Towns. Selling Chests outside of Towns doesn’t give you bonus Gold.
There are some events that give you an extra gold selling buff. This buff stacks with Veronica’s buff.
Fart King Gold Chest Event
The Fart King Gold Chest Event is the least AP-efficient method of farming Gold in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross.
However, it is the most time-efficient way of farming Gold. Thus, If you have a lot of Action Point, this is definitely the best way for you!
This method is typically only viable for Pay-to-win Players.
x2 Gold Food
Gold food can be acquired from Milk-based products, which can be farmed from Chapter 2.
There are 3 kinds of Gold Food and all of them look like Flan.
The x2 Gold Food should be used before Death Matches to x2 the Gold Drop here. You will get tons of Gold from these raids.
Death Matches
Each Death Match or Demon battle can give you up to 18k Gold, depending on the difficulty.
It’s recommended to use Gold Food before raiding.
The Raid Bosses also drop SSR/UR chests depending on the boss difficulty.

Death Match
Farming Books
Farming/Selling Books can also give you tons of Gold. This is the second most efficient way of getting gold for every Action Point you spend.
Selling Books is also the only way to auto-farm Gold you can do in the game for a serious amount of time, for now.
Basically, farming books can be only done through SP Dungeon every other week.
You want to sell low-rarity books. Don’t upgrade them via the King to sell.
Other Events
There will be a lot of events throughout the game that allow you to purchase high rarity chests via the Event shop. Some events even have a chance of dropping loads of Gold.
Feel free to dive into the mechanics of gold one can aquire in taverns.
Say i have 1h food (x5 at max value) in there but i forget to cash it out for like 20h, how much gold can stack? when do i beging to actually lose money from it? I think there is food that ranges from 1-24h.
Great guide giving the very basics and not really any helpful details… like you would find in say a guide
The guide is still WIP right now. Thank you so much for the comment buddy!
I’d say it’s actually pretty decent. Most of the things here can only be found out by trying things out. There is no in-game guide that would provide as much anti Pay-to-Win information as Meliodas Jr. at the moment(i know there are other 7DS guide websites but regarding this topic they are about as good as this one) Plus calling this the “very basics” makes it sound like there are far more complex and sophisticated ways of earning gold, but there are not.
Can I sell the leftover items when an event is over? Like the Spin Tickets, or Sun Fragment
