For me she’s has mediocre skills, but that unique is A-1 theirs are a lot of people to pair with her to make that 50% on ever hit so with that said I’m not going out my way to get her if 200 diamond doesn’t get it then forget about it.
the skill is 50% per bleed/poison/shock debuff, or at least that’s what it says in game for me
