This is a special guide for you, who are having trouble defeating the Hendrickson for Saving Elizabeth (Episode 72).
To complete this quest, you need to fight Hendrickson 6 times (6 different stages):
There are 2 main strategies for this quest:
- Using Captain Meliodas’s Counter: This strategy is for Stage 1, 3, 5 and 6. This is because Hendrickson cancels debuffs and is immune to CC skills here.
- Using Freeze/Petrify: This strategy is for Stage 2, 4.

We use the same team like in Phase 5 here.
Hendrickson:
- He is a Speed unit so he is weak against HP units
- He is immune to Debuff
- He has Infect Skills which restrict Recovery-related stats.
Strategy:
- Use the same strategy as mentioned above in the phase [Proud Holy Knight].
- Meliodas’ damage is even higher here because he is HP unit.
- You don’t have to use Elizabeth in the first 3 slots so it’s easier to build up team here.
In case you don’t have any of the recommended Heroes in this guide, it’s recommended to hire ones from your Friends (Mercenaries).
Much of the information does not align. For example, for the “No Longer Human” section, it is written that Meliodas is a required hero, but the table shows the recommended heroes for that segment are King, Ban, Slater, and Elizabeth. In that same table, Ban has Merlin’s description. Perhaps it was copied and pasted in a hurry, causing error, or the site jumbled up the information during transfer?
So sorry. Maybe when I updated something, it caused the issue. I will update the guide accordingly now. Thank you once again!
The Hero/Name columns don’t match the thumbnails for Merlin and Ban in most of the tables.
Oops. Thank you so much. I am fixing it now!
